I changed my goal of getting to 200 lbs. Carrying extra weight while climbing and hiking is hard on the body.
So now I am getting leaner and stronger in other areas. My goal is to get to 180 lbs and see how that works.
I will be leaner but My muscles will be more well defined. Don't worry because I will not lose My biceps!
My legs will also keep getting stronger, so My scissor victims will be in for a treat!!
